Applications
The furnace is used with other equipment for drying varous
materials and is widely used for the heating and moisture removing
for the gain, seed, feed fruit, de-watering vegetable, mushroom,
edible fungus, tremella, tea, tobacco leaf, other farming products,
instruments, medicines, chemical raw materials, light-industry
products.
Working Principle
The furnace combines combusting and heat exchanging in the body.
The heat is exchanged in the hot parts of the furnace, so it is a
new technique of indirect heating. Smoke and air goes through its
own special channel, there is no pollution, highly efficiency. The
temperature increases fast. The furnace is small in size, easy to
install, reliable in operation and low in price. Due to the use of
high tempera- ture resistant method, the life of the furnace is
nuch longer than the life of the pipe type hot air furnace, at the
same time the temperature of output can be over 300~C. The furnace
uses the smoke and air longitudinal splashing heat radiation sheets
and the negative pressure smoke elimination ode.
There is no dust collected on the heat exchange position, no need
to clean. The features of the heater is stable, various kinds of
coals and woods can be used as the fuel. The furnace is equipped
with air leading device and the combustion is complete. All the
technical and economic indexes of the furnace have reached the
